Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship only within Iceland.
Shipping Rates
Orders over 15,000 ISK qualify for free shipping.
Orders under 15,000 ISK are charged a flat shipping fee of 1,490 ISK.
Free pickup is available from the nearest pickup office to the customer.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times depend on the customer’s location and the courier service. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier or logistic service interruptions
- Force majeure events
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details where available.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This policy applies in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at: info@padelbudin.is
Before the withdrawal period expires, clearly stating your intent to return the item.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- The product must not be damaged, worn, or show signs of use
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Used products are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at: info@padelbudin.is
Include in your request:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return (optional)
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect item being delivered
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been used
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products damaged by misuse or improper handling
